I’m always willing to try new foundations. But it’s disappointing when they’re not great. This Make Up For Ever foundation didn’t work for me sadly.
I got this foundation sample from my Sephora Play box this month. I love this brand so I was excited to try it but it wasn’t my favorite.
First of all, the shade is way too light for my skin. When I applied it, I looked even paler than I normally am…the shade doesn’t work for me.
The formula was too runny and didn’t stick to my skin very well. I applied it with my beautyblender but it was so thin and liquidy that it didn’t look like I had put anything on.
I know the foundation isn’t a full coverage finish but that’s what I look for in a foundation. This one didn’t provide enough coverage for me.
Overall, a little disappointed in this product! I was hoping to find a new favorite foundation but not this time.

I got this in my ipsy bag and mines did not match my complexion either.. what pissed me off if why send foundation shades out when you are not 100% sure of the person’s color or undertones?? it’s a waste of product

Ya I agree! Foundation is hard to send to people and I don’t think they should send it out in subscription boxes anymore
